2007
Event
Every Goddess
Relay for Life Team and Fundraising for the Cancer
Council WA.
Every goddess participated in the
Cancer Council's fundraising event Relay for life. The
Team was named Every Goddess.
It is a 24 Hours relay walk from Saturday
24 - Sunday 25 March 2007 from 3pm to 3pm at Perry Lakes Stadium
in Perth in WA.
We had a fantastic team of goddesses
that participated in fundraising, support activities and walking.
We raised money by person effort (sponsorship
and raffle tickets) and we hosted a fundraising charity auction.
Our team raised $13000 and it was an amazing feeling to be
part of the event and do something good for others.
The fundraising was made possible
because of hundreds of people that supported our team. A special
thanks to Janelle and the girls at All About Me - Unisex haridresser
in South Perth and to Robert and Duval foods for the wonderful
catering during the 24 hours walking.
What is RELAY FOR LIFE?
