| For me, there’s not much that
beats a girls’ night in – good food, giggles
and gossip. During the month of October there’s
a very meaningful reason to enjoy an evening in with
your mates – the annual Cancer Council Girls Night
In Fundraiser.
Invite your girlfriends around for
the evening and ask them to donate the equivalent of
what they would usually spend on a night out to the
cause. Theme the night by making it a movie night or
a pamper session or just keep it simple with drinks

| After my recent 8 weeks trip to Europe
I learned some valuable travel tips and it gave me
the idea to ask the Goddesses about their best
travel tips. E-mail your best

I will start off with a few tips:
Tip #1 - If you travel
with another person, make sure you have some of each
others clothes in each bag or suitcase. Just in case
the airline loose one or more of your pieces of luggage.
Tip #2 - Invest in
a good pair of walking shoes, sightseeing is most fun
by foot and the walking is good for you
Tip #3 - Bring a bottle
or tube of hand cleaning gel - example Clear Defense

Tip #4 - Keeping hydrated
while travelling can be a challenge, so bring an extra

recently met a wonderful lady by the name of Yvonne

Yourself Embrace Life Workshop
 I
have known the wonderful Tila Clark for some years now
and everytime I see her she reminds me that Goddesses
indeed walk amongst us. A few weeks ago I participated
in a day of indulgance. A day dedicated to my journey
and a day to reflect and discover more about me and
myself. I was at Tila's Free Yourself, Embrace Life
workshop. It really was a day of indulgence. I came
away from there feeling calmer and reassured that I'm
free and I embrace life. It was a wonderful day. This
day is for you if you are ready to enhance your experience
of being alive and/or you are ready to let go of blocks
to fully Embrace this miracle of life! The next workshop
